With well over a decade of experience gathered from the wonderful and extensive specialised training in Fertility and Maternity Enhancement Reflexology (Mastership)  i still feel incredibly grateful to share the journey with my lovely clients.

Beyond the results i witness first hand within my own practice the research to date has stated that the results of success may improve by up to 50% with the help of a specialist.

In addition to this i felt guided to draw on my well established work as a clinical Hypnotherapist (D.Hyp) (H.CBT) (D.IHP) (P.NLP) which established my Fertility Enhancement Programme. This has been such a valuable programme for some of my clients who need to release fears and limiting beliefs which may have been blocking their own successes.

This programme uses visualisation and reframing techniques which, along side Clinical Reflexology helps my clients relax and  prepare the body for a wonderful natural journey.

I passionately believe that if we are able to bring  the body and mind into alignment then we have the opportunity to create the best environment to increase the success of conception.
