This list is just to demonstrate what kinds of common issues we work to resolve with Classical Kinesiology, however it can be used for such a wide spectrum of problems.

Classical Kinesiology is a natural health treatment which identifies any imbalances based on muscle and energy testing to discover how your brain is communicating with your body.
The word ‘holistic’ means ‘whole’ and Classical Kinesiology is an excellent and effective tool to treat conditions which are often not fixed or identified by other means.

The fantastic thing i have found since working with my clients with Classical Kinesiology is that we can find what the body need to fix it in the order it needs it. Often if we do not allow the body to heal in the correct order then the ‘fixes’ may only have a temporary effect.
Kinesiology actually has roots in Chiropractic work and was first discovered by Dr George Goodheart, an American chiropractor in the 1960’s. Since then Applied kinesiology has been
practised by osteopaths, chiropractors, dentists, nutritionists and even some doctors.

Many of the Principles have also developed from ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine and we work very closely with the Meridians which are energy pathways within the body. Acupressure
(like acupuncture but no needles!) may also be used to to restore the body and mind back to health and balance.
