1. Super Berry  Antioxidant Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 banana
Handful of strawberries
Handful of raspberries
Handful of blueberries
1/2 cup coconut , almond , oat or rice milk
1/2 cup water

DIRECTIONS
Blend + serve = Easy ! You can bulk this out further busy adding oats or chia seeds or even some full fat natural yoghurt prior to blending.

2. Post Workout Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 Banana
1 scoop Natures Sunshine Protein Powder (i can supply you with this)
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Dollop of Natural Full Fat Organic Yoghurt
1 Spoon Nut Butter (peanut or almond organic)

DIRECTIONS
Blend + serve = Easy !

3. Super Green Anti Aging Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 Avocado
1 Apple
1 Kiwi
Handful of fresh mint
1 cup water and add ice cubes ( Can 1/2 and 1/2 with coconut milk if prefer )

DIRECTIONS
Blend + serve = Easy !

4. Avocado Veggie Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 Avocado
1 Apple
1 Kiwi
Handful of Kale or Spinach
1 cup water and add ice cubes ( Can 1/2 and 1/2 with coconut milk if prefer )

DIRECTIONS
Blend + serve = Easy !

5. Raspberry Nutty Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Raspberries
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Dollop of Organic Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
1 Dollop Natural Organic Yoghurt Full Fat

DIRECTIONS
Blend + serve = Easy !

6.  Tropical Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Mango
1 Cup Pineapple
1 Cup of Coconut Milk
1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
Ice Cubes

DIRECTIONS

Blend + serve = Easy !

7. Breakfast Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1/2  Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Strawberries
1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
1/4 Cup Natural Organic Full Fat Yoghurt
Squeeze of Lemon
1 cup water  ( Can 1/2 and 1/2 with coconut milk if prefer )

DIRECTIONS
Blend + serve = Easy !
