Holistic Massage
Massage is not only an excellent way to ease physical tension and deeply relax the body, but it’s also a powerful and natural remedy for emotional stress and nervous system overwhelm. A regular massage can support the balance of all your body’s systems and bring harmony to both mind and body.
When your body enters a state of true relaxation, magic begins to happen — muscles start to release, blood pressure gently lowers, your breath becomes deeper and more regular, and the mind floats into a calm, peaceful space.
This is a nurturing, non-invasive therapy where you can fully let go. As you lay back and unwind, I work gently and intuitively to release the build-up of tension, toxins, and emotional blockages stored in the body. It’s a deeply soothing experience that encourages energy to flow freely again — leaving you with a renewed sense of peace, calm, and vitality.
Massage is a beautiful way to reconnect with yourself and invite in healing from the inside out.

General Treatment Aftercare Advice
- Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins, hydrate the body, and support energy levels.
- Try to rest and avoid stressful activity for the rest of the day.
- Avoid coffee and alcohol, as these can reduce the effectiveness of the treatment.
- Eat light, nourishing foods.
- Follow any personalised recommendations given during your session.
It’s normal to feel very relaxed following a massage. Occasionally, people may also experience mild side effects as part of a natural healing response. These may include:
- Fatigue or emotional sensitivity
- Headache or mild aches
- Increased urination or digestive shifts
- Disturbed or deeper-than-usual sleep
These are known as a “healing crisis” — the body’s way of releasing toxins and rebalancing. They are usually short-lived and nothing to worry about. However, if you experience strong symptoms such as fainting, vomiting, or diarrhoea, please seek medical advice.
