Shamanic healing works at a soul level. It is based on the understanding that unresolved trauma, emotional wounds, and energetic imprints can create blockages that affect every aspect of our lives — our health, our relationships, our clarity, and our sense of purpose.

Using time-honoured tools such as drum journeying, sound healing, spirit work, and soul retrieval, we access altered states of consciousness to track and clear non-beneficial energies and bring back parts of the self that have become disconnected through trauma, stress, or life challenges.

  • Drumming or rattling to shift energetic patterns
  • Feathers, crystals, herbs or smoke (cleansing tools)
  • Channeled energy healing
  • Journeying to access spirit guides, animal totems, or past lives
  • Soul retrieval or psychic surgeries ( energy extractions for removing non-beneficial energies)
  • Healing chants, tones, and intuitive sound

🍃 General Treatment Aftercare Advice

  • Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and assist detoxification.
  • Rest if needed — allow the energy to continue integrating.
  • Eat nourishing, grounding foods and avoid alcohol or caffeine.
  • Take note of any emotions, dreams, or insights over the next few days.
  • Allow space for stillness or journaling if you feel drawn to reflect.

You may feel relaxed, emotional, tired, or even energised — this is all part of the healing process. These are natural signs of energy shifting. However, if you experience extreme reactions (e.g. vomiting, fainting), please consult your doctor.

Be gentle with yourself. Healing is a journey of returning home.
