You are more than flesh and form;
You are a magnificent being of vibrant energy encased in human experience.

Don’t let ego-based thoughts diminish your light.
Return to love.
Return to your heart.
Though we cannot stop thoughts from arising,
We can witness how they pull us away from our truth—
Away from our beautiful heart centre.
You cannot fully experience your soul while entangled in the daily mind of your human self.
