The purest rainbow body of light energy pervading out in all directions .
You are a human creation , a casing carrying the most beautiful vibrant energy . How amazing you are .
Do not diminish your beautiful self with ego based thoughts.
Come back to who you are at the level of love.
We cannot release the power of our thoughts, yet we can notice where they separate us from who we truly are at our beautiful heart centre.
You cannot experience yourself at the level of your soul whilst you stay in the mind of your daily human self .Energy work helps you reconnect and feel your true self .
