Below Bliss
A reflection on energetic forces of spirit.
The celestial kingdom is found
at the heart of the purest clouds,
where cherubs gather
fearless they
leap atop
heavens stepping stones.
Some clouds linger
as though stitched into sky.
Others shift transform ,
where sea serpents
meet
ancient dolphins at play.
The pointed, withered finger
of an ancient hag,
reaches outward,
clutching
at fine wisps
of silken angel hair.
Ghosts cling
to life,
unknowingly dead,
touching softly still ,
the ones they love.
And I wonder
how many ghosts
drift endlessly
between the earth
and bliss…..
never realising
they have already left us.
