Did you know that if your LIVER is not functioning correctly it can lead to WEIGHT GAIN, FATTY LIVER , DIABETES ETC
if you have a diet low in FIBRE then the liver will be unable to effectively remove cholesterol and toxins from the system which will lead to fatty deposits being distributed throughout the body ….in particular the fat will be stored around the middle leading to a gain of weight around the stomach, back and buttocks.
It is important that you eat foods high in fibre to allow the liver to function correctly and once you change your diet you will notice these stubborn deposits begin to disappear but it can take between 3 and 12 months, depending upon the amount of fat deposited in the liver, to remove the excess fat from the liver.
Eating whole grains, vegetables , fruits and cleansing the liver with good supplements such as milk thistle , licorice or artichoke can greatly benefit you. Artificial sweetener use , over indulgence in alcohol and frequent use of over the counter medicine will also have a negative affect on the liver.
