Hi All, Welcome back to our blog – The Art Of Tolerance.

How tolerant are you?

Are there just some situations that you feel unable to tolerate?

What does the word tolerance mean to you?

The truth of the matter is that you really do have the power to tolerate anyone and almost any situation. However if you are unable to practice the art of tolerance then you are unlikely to have lasting peace and harmony.

For example;

a) If you are in a training or teaching environment and one person just doesn’t seem to grasp what you are trying to deliver despite you repeatedly explaining the method you may find you lose tolerance for them.

Now take that same situation but you have been told that the person has a mild trauma to their brain which affects how they take in information.

Would you feel differently, act differently or process the situations differently?

Often we process only what we can see which means we stop having tolerance for the things we cannot see or understand.

We forget that everyone is just doing the best they can. With what they know. Even when its not working the way you want it to be.

Learning the subtle art of tolerance can help you to achieve happiness, peace, and mental freedom.

When we let go and choose love, others let go and choose love.

When we change, the world changes.

Forgiveness and tolerance are gifts that you give to yourself and the world. The vibration of love comes from letting go and releasing.

And, as you do this, you will experience your own self esteem and inner strength grow. In this way you can turn tolerance into strength.
