Fulfilling your sacred pleasures and hearts desires.
This blogged was sparked by some gynocentric work i have been doing this year. We have been exploring how to fulfil your sacred pleasures and hearts desires.
It seems that there is a pattern of where are are not having our sacred pleasures and hearts desires fulfilled and so i invite you to join this exploration journey if it resonates with you.
Let me ask you to think about a few things to get you started;
- Do you know specifically what your sacred pleasures and hearts desires are?
- Do you have your sacred pleasures and hearts desires met and fulfilled?
- Do you know how to ask for your sacred pleasures and hearts desires?
- Does your body get filled to the brim with pleasure and desire?
- Do you feel that you have to act out your sacred pleasures?
- Do you settle for less than your heart desires more than you would like to?
- Do you dampen down the desires, wishes and needs of your essence?
- Do you feel shy, guilty, fearful, anxious or shameful of being able to voice your sacred pleasures / hearts desires?
- Do you feel that it is a hopeless thing , your vision of this whole exercise feels so far away from possible for you?
Fulfilling Your Sacred Pleasures
OK, Sit with the above exercise, journal it over a week or as long as you need and see what comes up. Know that this is something that over 70% of women struggle with.
When we do not have our sacred pleasures and hearts desires in alignment then it can lead to all sorts of issues in the body . This has been something that historically I have spent much time working with in a reactive way (once it reaches the body) . This year i decided to begin to deepen this work by working back to the root causes rather than just reactively working on the problem once it reaches the body.
Once you begin to identify the lack within the sacred flow then you can begin a beautiful body of work to heal . This work is amazing and 100% transformative in every area of your life. Whether you are manifesting a baby , unhappy in your career or sexually unfulfilled. This sacred body of work frees the energy blocks to create and generate from the omnipotent Yoni-verse .
Your desires are here to be realised , they do not go away, they just simmer and fizzle and turn into other things.
Take the time to look at the effects on your essence and once you do you will not want to spend the rest of your life picking at the crumbs offered.
You deserve to have the most abundant sacred pleasures, you are awating that vision that ignites your hearts desires and fills you with a magnificent orgasmic glow.
