Welcome back to our blog this week – Radiate Light.
Do you recognise that you are radiating every single moment, the question is will you radiate light?
Every breath you take is radiating or sending a message out to the universe. Every thought that you have is radiating out into the atmosphere.
Each one of us is a walking radiator. If you think of your thoughts in a similar way to air. You cannot see it and yet you know it to be there.
If the air is polluted and contaminated with toxicity sometimes you can see it. Therefore, you avoid it or know it will harm you. However sometimes that which is invisible can be harmful, toxic and even deadly.
Your thoughts are exactly the same – Radiate Light
Your thoughts are exactly the same, sometimes you voice them , and if those words are impure or unkind then you can see how they can hurt someone, however your inner mind and thoughts are also still radiating out into the world. this can be truly harmful to others and yourself too even though you cannot see it.
We do not often think about how the thoughts and attitudes we have can impact on our health, however if you know anyone who is extremely angry all the time you can often see the blood pressure problems they may encounter later by the redness in the face as the first warning sign. Their blood is literally boiling!
As a metaphysical health practitioner and partitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine the symptom or illness is always analysed with the emotions addressed to heal too.
It is so important to practice your state of being. if you are able to radiate your state of being to begin to practice the mindful art of becoming peaceful, loving , kind and forgiving you will improve the health of yourself and also radiate light out to the universe.
Practice your state of being
The beginning of this practice involves looking within at what your attachments are . Your attachments will keep you in a negative and ego mind state.
Attachments turn love into fear, peace into anger , kindness into meanness or greed and forgiveness into resentment and this in turn may then distort our attitudes and actions towards others.
This is neither relaxing for ourselves, or for those around us.
Which is why detachment is the secret to living lightly and lovingly.
Thich Nhat Hanh who (at the time of writing this blog) is 92 years old Thich Nhat Hanh says that true happiness is based on inner peace and not focusing on the negative.
I believe that contributes to a long and peaceful life.
